The
menu of our restaurant combines the tradition of Umbrian and
Tuscan cooking. The secret is the quality of the products: our
starters with cold cuts and canapés, our first courses with hand
made pasta, game sauce; our toasted meat ( on the spit) all cooked
and served with simplicity.
